Refund policy
At Three J's Scoops, every order is created as a surprise experience and prepared specifically for each customer. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Preference of items received
- Duplicate items
- Opened or used products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to make it right.
Please double-check all shipping information before placing your order, as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
